Khalil Mack

Hey y’all, can someone tell me why we shouldn’t make a phone call and get Khalil Mack from a god awful chargers team. Maybe he’s the pass rusher we’re looking for. Can anyone tell me why this wouldn’t work. He seems like he’s 10x better than anyone we have atm.

Welp here we go

Hey yall, so I posted a picture of my ribs last night to this sub Reddit. The ribs were tough enough to stay on the bone but the second you took a bite it was so tender it slid off the bone. But the comments were about how it wasn’t tender enough. A few weeks back I saw a video of a competitive pit-master explaining that a rib should have some kind of toughness to stay on the bone but tender enough to fall off when you take a bite. Which I totally agree on. Fall off the bone ribs are annoying, might as well make a sandwich if you can’t eat it off the bone. So my question is why is rib meat being so tender it falls off the bone like the golden standard for BBQ. I’ve always felt like it ruins the ribs experience. It’s like going to get crab legs and they already cracked the shell and took the meat out for you. Just my opinion no rage bait or anything. Really just curious on how everyone feels.

How we feeling yall?

5hr smoked baby backs, used Honey hog from meat church. With the help of apple juice, brown sugar, real Canadian maple syrup, and honey. These were tender but not fall of the bone but perfect for ribs. The ones on the right I braised in apple juice and bbq sauce for an hour after smoking for 4 hrs.
