What shall I do with my house?
I own a house in Eroii Revolutie/Tineretului area in Bucharest. Its built in the year 2000, on a land of 114m2 with living room, kitchen entrance hall and a bathroom in the ground floor, 2 rooms, one bathroom and a balcony in the 1st floor and 2 more rooms on the top floor. In total an area of around 210m2. There is also a 20m2 space outside and a garage for a small car. Under the garage there is a basement. It is in a quite house area in strada Bradetului sector 4, 7min from Eroii Revolutie metro station and close to Tineretului park entrance. Until now I have rented the house and got a decent income but its difficult to rent the house as it is big and the rent is high, not everyone can afford it. Also, every time someone leaves I have to invest money to repair the house. On the other hand I have thought of selling it, not sure what is the value in todays market and how easy would be to find a buyer.
What would you do? Would you sell it and invest the money in apartments? They are easier to rent. What do you think is the current value of this house?
