Did anyone else see this guy? People I know are reporting a “Jesus” type character in their ring cameras at 2 am just sitting on their sidewalks in the area of Glen and Sanford. I wonder if this is the same guy?

Besides putting up money to own 10% of a horse or hopping the fence, is there any cheaper way than the $70 to get into the Belmont Stakes? I’d ask on the Saratoga subreddit but there’s a lot of anti horse racing folks there lol. Thanks in advance.
