Anything else I can do to fix this?

So a few days ago I made a post asking how I could fix these faded spots on the plastic wood trim and the response was to polish it. I tried to do it and it ended up not doing anything and took some paint off.

Seat covers for 2003?

Does anyone know of any seat covers that will fit a 2003 executive? Most I find online don't have a hole for the seatbelt, since it comes out of the seat.
