Do we just not say thank you anymore?

I've noticed over the past year that fewer and fewer people say thank you. Slow down to let someone in when driving - almost never a wave. Hold door for someone - less than half say thanks. Not even a nod. Stop to let someone cross, let someone go in front of you in line , I could go on. And it's all generations. I don't do these things for the thanks but it's really sad :(

Why are we losing this social courtesy?

Delicious mystery chicken tart

Had this delicious tart at a fondue restaurant in Mexico that is no longer open. It had chicken & vegetables inside and cheese on top. I've tried Google with no luck. Hoping someone has a recipe I can make 🙏
