I am aware how effective prep and doxy are and I am thankful for the effort people have been making.

But, but

There are still different STDs that would be transmitted even with doxy, and that disproportionately puts bottoms on higher risk.

And it seems like top guys are more and more like “no bb mean no”. And if they can stick to it that would mean many btm guys are making compromises. I don’t know if they are aware how serious the consequences could be if small chances fall.

Well it’s all personal choices and I can’t judge. But I don’t know. It feels off to me 🤷.
