Staccato HD 4.5 Reverse Plug
Long story but the HD was stripped completely for a few days and the reverse plug for the recoil spring assembly went missing.
Called Staccato customer service. The rep was not very knowledgeable or helpful. He didn’t even know what a reverse plug was. After I explained it he seemed to get it. After being on hold for a bit he came back and said it’s a non catalogued part so he can’t sell it to me.
He said I would have to do a warranty claim online. I asked if I could speak to someone in warranty to buy what I needed. He said no.
It’s not a warranty item and I’m just looking to purchase what I need quickly
I then asked if assembly available online ($59.99) comes with the reverse plug. I said picture seems to show it but description doesn’t mention it. He had no idea and was not willing to investigate further.
Very poor customer service experience overall. Anyone know if the reverse plug comes with the recoil spring assembly?
I ordered the recoil spring assembly (no option to expedite shipping) and I’ll see what I get but curious if anyone knows.
