Wasn’t bad, but I think her worst work so far. Is she suffering from soft life syndrome?

I was diagnosed with type 2 in early January 2026. I’ve lost zero weight. I was very good with my diet for the first 3 months, and completely went back to my old ways for the next 3 months.

Got A1C checked last week. 6.4.

If I can do it, you can!!!
