Weather delay? Does that mean anywhere?

Package was on the truck for delivery this morning. It’s 60 degrees, partly sunny, light breeze, in other words a beautiful spring day. But no delivery due to weather. Wth? A few months ago the truck pulled up to our driveway, paused for a few seconds and drove off as I watched from the window. And then we had the driver who was leaving multiple packages for our neighborhood at the mailbox cluster on the highway. I swear I am going to stop ordering from companies shipping with FedEx.
