Does anyone else get this issue with tracking via app?

Any AP staff who can advise? I tried calling AP about this but kept getting AI assistant directing me back to tracking app. I’ve attached 2 photos of the same item. The first photo is the view of the item in the tracking list showing “Granville NSW Thu 25 Jun 11.28am”. But when I tap on it, it shows latest update as the day before “24 Jun 12.56pm” Awaiting clearance. Is this a normal thing? Or is it bugged?
