Got a metal trebuchet for cheap but with missing pieces. Got crafty, can you spot where?

Using the ladder with based models ruins the basing and paint job of bases.. so I built those chips..

They are built with

- plastic foam chips cut of the right shape,

- sticker magnets for 25 mm bases,

- PVC glue mix with black paint

- a bit of paste for basing models to fill the gaps between foam and stickers

- dry brush (why not)

Works well even if your models are not magnetized, at least better than without
