• all other mheal uncrafted gives magic power instead of will

• clerics can also wear plate for pdef

without wasting a perk

If weapon mastery doesn't give a debuff why does demon armor give a debuff ? Does iron mace not want warlocks to be a hybrid ? Clerics doesn’t even need the perk.

Were they not strong enough in arena , HR, and squire to riches ?
