Hi!

I am moving in Bergen in October and I am unsure if I should rent accomodation near the city or farther away. For sure there are advantages and disadvantages for both, but I would like some advice. My job is in Laksevåg, near Smien or the shipyard. I also have a partener and a dog.
I see rent prices from 14k to 16k closer to the city, and I have a stable offer of around 11k for a 65sqm house in Fjell, Sotra.

Could someone advise me into advantages and disadvantages for both options, beside the cost of the rent?
