Recent Teams Issues
Evening everyone.
The company I work for has been having some Teams issues for the last 5-6 weeks.
At first we thought it was a network issue but we've since proven its not. Now we're onto it being a Teams issue.
When joining a 1:1 call (or a meeting with only 2 people) users will experience a hold screen for a few seconds within the first 2 mins of the call. After that its fine.
As per instrcutions from support company, we tried with camera on/off, mic on/off, connected to dock/not connected to dock etc.. It happens with users at home as well as in the office.
It's almost entirely Macbooks that are seeing this but nothing on any telemetry/monitoring system. Teams Version 26106.2108.4669.9776
Just reaching out incase anyone else has seen it or experienced similar.
