so my esim got removed from my phone and i no longer have the qr code to re-scan. but i have that number registered in gcash and may laman yun. i can’t open the account kasi nanghihingi ng otp. what do i doooo? do i reach out to globe customer support or sa gcash😭 medyo malaki rin yung amount na nandon pls help😭

edit: sim pala yung naging unavailable huhu i tried removing and reinserting it pero nothing happened
