Just finished doing routine maintenace (changging oil, brake, and checking leaks), and so happend find my head cylinder leaked (last time i apply some rtv about 5-6 month ago), im using Threebond 1104 rn for sealant since im out of my usual rtv,
Also i dont use any gasket so its metal to metal.
Any tips to prevent future leak (or at least prolong the seal lol)?

Hi all, i have question about wobble/tolerance of crank-cranksaft,
I decided to check and clean enggine case nut for oil since i cant sleep last night (nothing leak and i just end up retighten on few of em) , but then i realize theres a sound coming when i touched the flywheel, futher inspection the sound happen only in whe i wiggle it up and down, side to side are quiet,
Is any amount of up and down movement normal here, or am I looking at a bad crank stub, a defective bearing, or a worn-out bearing seat in the casing? (Really hoping it's not the casing seat!)
Oh yes this engine is VBX1T and rebuild on may by myself (not mechanic). the bearing are new, the cranksaft hoever idk the history about it. Enggine running and relatively feel good, i does spitting fuel sometimes tho (and i think its normal)

Just finished a 200 km trip on hilly roads with my partner. No major problems happened, just a bit of roadwork:
-Low air pressure in the rear tire
-Loose front mudguard bolt
Oh, I guess the broken ignition coil bracket was kind of a major problem, but it was solved with a few zip ties and a piece of cable lol
Just spliting my vespa engine (px case) for maintenace, then noticing the "wall/lip"(?) On flywheel side crank just torn off, somehow i find the bit that snap and promptly glue it with stell epoxy (the black bit in the picture), im still in shock and panicked rn, furiously scouring the internet for solution, found some in forum post with same problem, sadly its doest have the update i need, please give me some advice, is this case kaput or not, thanks
