Guys. I'm a 34yr old man. I'm stumped.

My brain and body are always tired no matter how much I sleep.

I'm eating well and sleeping enough but still feel my body and mind are below 50% of what it used to be.

Plus there's always a tension in my neck and shoulder area. The brain fog feels so degenerative.

Did any of you face such things after 30? Did you resolve it? How?

Edit: I'm Indian. I'm 5'8. 64kg.
