There was a girl in our BPO in Malad, Mumbai who was on PIP. Her performance was poor and the company was ready to let her go. She looked stressed every day.

One evening, while leaving office, my friend and I saw her in the manager’s car. From a distance it was clear she was giving him oral sex.

After that incident she was not fired. Within a few days she got transferred to another department and continued working. Her job is safe now.

She is married with two children at home.
