I wanted to apply for EV Scooty ballot scheme but I need licence for it. Someone told me that I can apply for it on the Nadra app but I can't find the option. Can someone guide me?

I am thinking of making halal guys style chicken over rice and for it's white sauce it's main ingredient is mayonnaise now usually I use young's mayonnaise but it's too white and has a bit of a goopy texture. I think it will ruin my white sauce. So do you guys know any brand which mayonnaise has better quality and it's affordable as well.
