RM williams spectacular failure (wtf!!)
Bought these craftsmans in 2021. Only worn occasionally (Max 20-30 times) as a default formal shoe since then (as evidenced by the intact logo on the sole). I throw them on a couple of days ago for a business trip, and the sole starts to crumble at the stitching as soon as I step off the plane! I've had hiking shoes that cost 1/3rd of the price that have lasted longer with 10x more wear!! These boots were stored indoors, leather conditioned 2x year.
Has anyone else had this problem/know what to do?? I don't want to pay what is effectively a $190 "subscription" to RM to have my boots re-soled every 5 years.
