Hey so I got bpit cse ds and I wanted to ask seniors, who are studying rn and passed out is this branch worth it?? How different is it from cse and and what's the difference in avg packages

I got a seat in spot round 1 and sliding now if i register again and I get another seat in round 2,will I have to pay all the money again, the 96000 etc etc etc or they'll just transfer within themselves and i don't have to pay a Penny

I literally don't get why the heck is it getting so freaking messy.
