Hello! I have been going to pilates classes albeit quite inconsistently 😅 But I work out (strength training) 2-3x a week.

The previous studios I’ve been in don’t have any cadillacs and I’ve been so curious to try it!

Do you know of any studios in Parañaque, Alabang, or Makati area who offer Cadillac Pilates classes?
