Annoying Anti RBE whining sound-how to reduce it.

Anti RBE whining sound, what are the settings to reduce this sound, extremely annoying especially on brighter and quiet scenes. This is totally killing the experience, low noise mode I feel is totally useless as there is not difference on or off at all.

Mysterious sound when air-conditioning is on (in the plaster ceiling)

I am in south east Asia weather, outside is hot around 34 Celcius. This knocking sound which previously I thought was a water dripping/leaking sound turned out to be mysterious. Is this something I can solve or just a standard expansion of the aluminium channel and plaster?
