Annoying Anti RBE whining sound-how to reduce it.

Anti RBE whining sound, what are the settings to reduce this sound, extremely annoying especially on brighter and quiet scenes. This is totally killing the experience, low noise mode I feel is totally useless as there is not difference on or off at all.

Did I get the right screen?

Got a anti speckle 120 inch motorised screen

This is the one delivered

They don’t have a 120’inch matte white motorised screen so guess it’s correct

Can anyone advise?

Halo even with no keystone

Valerion Pro 2

Seeing a halo border around the projected image even when I didn’t use any keystone. Reset the screen, did some optical zoom to fit the projection to the wall. But why I’m getting a halo if no keystone is involved?
