The location can be any locality or neighbourhood around Safdarjung, green park, hauz khas, panchsheel park, siri fort area, south ex, gk1, chirag delhi. It needs to be closeby yellow/pink/magenta metro lines

im fine with a 1bhk for 25k or 2bhk for 50k or 3bhk for 80k, i am looking to find flatmates with similar vibes for the latter 2 options

im also happy with a room in a preoccupied flat if you think you are someone i can vibe with 😄

as for me i do wfh in tech, also freelance in some creative projects like photography, punctual with paying rent on time, very clean, im a creative person and love music, cinema, food, fashion and how to create and consume all of those things, i also like to be physically active and im an adventure junkie, i recently learnt how to surf and keep going on weeks long solo trips around india/abroad, social (rare) drinker/smoker, green 🍃 enjoyer, ambivert, love to be by myself and hangout with people 2-3 times a month

where can i get the best flat in my desired location in my desired budget, a flat with alot of space, airflow, greenery, modern construction or recently renovated, aesthetically pleasing interors, good fitted appliances like ac/heater/fridge, etc. no nosy neighbours, no landlords nearby to bother me much

24F Living alone for the first time, dos and donts on how to find a good place

Hi everyone im a 24yo trying to move out of my parents house and live independently because my home is pretty toxic, ive not really lived alone before so asking here what should i absolutely look for in a place while searching for a place to live, absolute must haves and things i shouldnt compromise on in the place/flat/building, things that are ok to compromise on and so on.

I wanna live independently without any disturbance from a landlord so i probably should look for a place where the landlord doesnt live in the same building and lives somewhere else

i also wanna live in a place that is right in the middle of the most happening places in delhi so ive shortlisted places like Safdarjung, green park, hauz khas, panchsheel park, siri fort area, south ex, gk1, chirag delhi

my budget is 25k, whether its 1bhk in 25k or 2bhk in 50k or 3bhk in 80k, it needs to come out to 25k per person per head (i will find flatmates) or 15-18k if unfurnished

i would like (and have to) find flatmates with a similar vibe like me, punctual and on time with rent, clean, not too loud, put together, ambiverted, can have fun most of the time by themselves and just chilling at home watching a movie together and cooking together and sometimes, like twice a month happy hosting friends over to our nice flat for drinks and a little bit of fun, partying but like adults not kids where the house is destroyed after the get together

i would like to live with someone with whom i can make our home into a safespace for people to come and chill and be happy at around positive energy and vibes

i would also like to find a flat where its ok for couples, im not dating anyone rn but if i date someone later, i dont want any problems by the landlords and neighbours if i bring someone over, i want a upscale mature neighbourhood

how do i go about finding these qualities in a flat? What language or words to convey i want a flat like that with brokers i talk to(particularly the dating part)? How do i go about finding flatmates that are on a similar mental wavelength like me so i can live a happy life
