How many hours or days does a TTOC need to work to make it on the next pay grade? Does half days count? (Already have the extra schooling on top )

I have the thesis pants but how do they differ from the above two? Is it work getting those while they are sale?? How’s the fitting compared to the thesis pants?

I have the effortless and limitless pants but I want something more fitted maybe flare or bootcut? Something that is tight on the thighs and loose on the lower half
