it’s a bit random but i was wondering how the providers decide whether to issue a telephone or video assessment?
i get the consensus that telephone assessments are more common, i had one a few days ago myself. i specified in my application that i’d prefer not to have a face-to-face since i struggle with mobility issues.

i’m not sure if there’s any benefit to a telephone over video assessment or vice versa.

people who’ve had a video assessment, did you request one?
