My 3 year old is obsessed with legos. Any set recos?

He started with some Disney legos and ended up doing them multiple times. We gave him (with very low expectations) the Dursley’s Harry Potter set that my wife and I had done together and he ended up slowly putting it together by himself. I then bought the Himeji Castle set to do with him bc we went to Japan on a trip but he ended up doing it by himself (1-2 bags per day). Any other sets that he’d enjoy based on these last ones? I’ve done a couple of sets with my wife in the past but I’m fairly new to Lego

Master set vs foil set

For those of you whole collect sets.. do you do master sets with non-foil and foil version of each card (I’m skipping enchanteds) or foil/non-foil sets? Help me decide between master set or foil set!
