Where’s a good spot to watch the Friday games?

Spotted and killed an incredibly large hornet in my kitchen today. I looked around our house and backyard…haven’t found a nest.
This thing was the size of a small mouse I was very scared to approach it. Having lived in different countries I can tell you I’ve never seen anything like it. I’m still shocked at my experience and I’ll be having nightmares for a while.
Is this normal in kanata? It was longer than 4 cm
