Key Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations via phone, Instagram, other social media, and chat platforms
• Respond to guest enquiries professionally and promptly
• Manage booking schedules and reservation systems accurately
• Coordinate with restaurant operations team regarding guest requests and table availability
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication
• Assist with general guest relations and booking administration

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hotel reservations, guest services, or booking coordination
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable handling customer interactions via phone and social media
• Organized, confident, responsive, and detail oriented
• Experience using reservation or booking platforms is an advantage
• Hospitality background preferred

Salary: PHP 25K per month + HMO upon regularization
Work Setup: Remote, all tools and systems provided
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri OR Wed to Sun (10am-7pm OR 9am-6pm PHT)
Start Date: ASAP
