Temperature-Controlled Case for Travelling?

Hi all! I'm flying to Germany in August and will need to do two injections of Wegovy whilst I'm out there. Have any of you tried the various travel cases seen online to keep your own pens cool during transport? I'm looking for recommendations on brands, etc.

I'll be travelling for about 14 hours in total, so I don't want to risk using nothing and letting my pen warm during travel.

Thanks!

I made an infographic to celebrate my first year on a GLP-1!

What a year it's been! I started on Mounjaro as a private patient to begin with and slowly worked up to 12.5mg. By week 28, Oviva agreed to provide me with Wegovy for free (as part of their 2 year weightloss program), so I switched to that. I'm now on 2.4mg of Wegovy and have no side effects.

The change is unreal. Aside from everything mentioned in the image, I genuinely feel like my brain works differently on this medication. I crave fruit and veg daily and can probably count on one hand how many pizzas or pasta dinners I've had this year, when they were previously food I'd eat multiple times a week. I still eat chocolate every day, but the portion sizes have massively reduced.

Throughout this year, I've kept to a mantra of not denying myself food that I really wanted, because change isn't sustainable if you feel as though you're punishing yourself. I feel more mindful of what I'm eating and if I'm ever starting to consider a late-night snack, I stop and ask myself if I actual want it, or if my body just wants the energy boost of a sweet treat. I no longer dramatically overeat in the evenings. I don't always have snacks every day, or dessert!

The person that I was a year ago wasn't weak. She didn't lack willpower. Her brain wasn't wired correctly and she was doing her best and yet feeling horrible for it. GLP-1s changed all of that. They put me on the road to recovery.

If you are at the start of your journey, take heart. The results will come. It took a little while for things to get going for me, but I stuck with it and it made all the difference. We've got this.
