Which beauty subscription do you get the beat bang for your buck? Ive tried ipsy and fabfitfun and i feel like i will like one item and then the rest is junk

How havy ipsy boxes been lately? It feels like a lot of the same boxes items repeatedly :(

I am a US DO grad who only took COMLEX exams. Current Internal Medicine PGY3 resident. Applied to 70-75 allergy and immunology programs but only got 1 interview so far. Anyone know what may be going on?
