What would your final meal on Earth be?

What would your final meal on Earth be?

Not from a 5 star hotel. Not some viral food spot. Just that one meal that tastes like home, safety and childhood.

Mine would be Amma’s kondattam pulissery with hot choru, kunju chemmeen and ulli fry, cabbage thoran, dry mango and dates achaar on the side.

One last plate. One last nap after lunch. One last “kurachude choru edukkatte?” from Amma.

I miss you Amma. ❤️

(Picture is unrelated, but it’s my moms special Chicken Thengapaal curry 😭)

Trying to read my first real book 😭 Need beginner-friendly recommendations

I’m 25 and I’ve genuinely never read a proper book in my life 😭
(Unless Captain Underpants and Geronimo Stilton count from childhood lol)

Not proud of it, but I’m going away for 3 weeks soon to kind of disconnect and find some peace, and I really want to slowly get into the habit of reading.

The thing is, I don’t want anything too intense or “hardcore.” I’m looking for books that feel comforting, peaceful, easy to read, and don’t require too much brainpower. I love cute rom-com vibes, wholesome stories, cozy feels, etc. But honestly I’m open to any beginner-friendly suggestions that might make me enjoy reading for the first time.

Would love your recommendations 🫶

I’m convinced losing weight will solve all my problems.

I don’t know why, but I genuinely feel like if I lose weight, my entire life will just fall into place.

Like suddenly my skin will clear up,

I’ll have my life together,

I’ll be emotionally stable,

My love life will stop being confusing.

Everything will just… work.

And I know it doesn’t actually work like that, but there’s still this tiny voice in my head going,

no, no, just lose the weight and watch everything fix itself.

Meanwhile, I can’t even stay consistent for more than a few days. 😭

I start strong, plan everything, feel like this is it… and then I just fall off and pretend it never happened.

I hate how convincing that voice is, and how bad I am at committing to it.

Any tips/help to lock in? Or inspirational stories on how your life changed after losing those extra kgs? Help a girl out!
