i just got braces last thursday

within four days, i managed to pop off three brackets

i was able to get in to replace them about 5 days after the third one busted.

it’s now day three since the three that broke were replaced.

i’m miserable tbh.

i can’t imagine three more years of this.
ALL of my teeth are sensitive, getting the brackets replaced seemed to feel like getting them done for the first time all over again.

i have class 3 malocclusion+cross bite. i have crowding on the top and on the bottom.

i have to get two teeth removed to help the bottom crowding.

i’m getting double jaw surgery and they’ll address the upper crowding in surgery.

i’m hungry all the time. i cry because my family eats whatever they want and im still eating soup and craving gross stuff like instant mashed potatoes in a bag.

talking sucks
chewing is impossible
i’m too deep to back out and this is only the beginning 😅

and my dad has the audacity to tell me he “never knew i needed braces”
