Late 20s, male. Combination skin.

Struggled with acne since I was a teenager.

Had totally clear skin for about a year using 0.3% adapalene/2.5% benzoyl peroxide/4% niacimide.

However, the adapalene ended up causing perioral dermatitis and had to stop using.

After a month or so of stopping use acne has now come back.

Current routine:

AM:

Cleanser - Cerave hydrating

Azelaic Acid 15%

Moisturiser - LRP toleriane fluid

PM:

• Cleanser - Cerave hydrating

• Benzoyl peroxide (every other day)

• Moisturiser - LRP toleriane fluid

Any non-retinoid suggestions for getting rid of acne or changes I could make in routine much appreciated!
