Im on HRT estradiol patch and cycling progesterone, my period is still very regular but is now taking over my life. Two weeks to 11 days prior I get bloating and cramping I feel awful the whole time and then when my period does finally comes its completely unmanageable. It's so heavy day 1 and 2 its hard to leave the house, ive had tranzemic acid prescribed and this does work but im desperate to get rid of the whole entire palace of it - what has everyone else done when they got to this point? I only feel good for a few days a month and dread the next cycle.
