I deleted the app yesterday because I play too much and today when I caved and put it back on and logged in, months of progress is gone 😭😭😭😭

Does anyone have any experience with this place or any insight into what the patients daily activities look like? My partner voluntarily went to detox for alcohol yesterday and I only heard from him last night. I understand they aren’t allowed to have cellphones but surely they don’t keep them from contacting loved ones???

edit —- I AM LEAVING HIM ALONE. I’m not trying to interfere - that’s why I’m asking REDDIT instead of incessantly calling the facility.
