Attention Vi-stans! Do YOU think you have every frame of her memorized? Do you think you could see a frame of her and know the exact episode and season it’s from? What about when it’s pixelated?

Wanna put that to the test?

The mod team is pumped to announce we’ve made a new game for everyone to play! It’s called the Vi-sualizer: A guess-the-episode game!

Here’s how you play:

You’ll be shown a pixelated image of Vi from Arcane (only Vi, only from Arcane, from either season 1 or 2) and you have to guess what episode and season the image is from. Easy, right?

But wait! There’s more!

The game will feature four rounds of 12 hours for a total of 48 hours, plus the final bonus round when the image is fully revealed. This is to give everyone a chance to play regardless of time zones.

The image will slowly become less and less pixelated with each 12-hour round. When the timer runs out, the image is fully revealed!

If you guessed the episode and season right on the first try: congrats, you’re Vi-obsessed! You get maximum points and your username will be on the leaderboard!

If you missed it on the first try, wait for the next round and guess again! But! As the timer counts down, the points become fewer, so incorrect guesses will lessen the points available.

The maximum points you can win are 100 and the minimum points are 5.

Note: to encourage playing, you’ll still get more points for guessing incorrectly at each round than you would if you waited until the image is fully revealed to make a first guess!

The mod team will be creating each game, and we’ll be posting them regularly and pinning them to the top of the sub for easy access. All we ask is: don’t put the answer in the comments of the post! Give everyone a fair chance to guess.

Rules breakdown:

  • The image becomes less pixelated every 12 hours for a total of 48 hours. We’re doing this so everyone has the chance to play regardless of time zones
  • One guess per 12 hour round
  • You can still guess once the image has been fully revealed
  • The amount of points available reduces with each new 12 hour de-pixelization
  • The amount of points available reduces for each incorrect guess
  • Don’t reveal the answer in the comments. Give everyone a fair chance!
  • The image will always be of Vi from Arcane from any episode in either season 1 or 2.
  • We are tricksy mods and we’ll do our best to choose frames you won’t expect!

As a mod note: We mods WON’T be participating in the game-play. We’ll be making the games, but we won’t be guessing.
