I'm mainly looking for a build that can run most modern AAA games at high settings 1080p (or 1440p if I'm being generous), will last me a pretty relatively long time, and is budget-friendly. I don't care much about 4k gaming, so that is pretty much out of the question. Also scared of high prices, so $1000 or a little above (just a LITTLE above $1000, to note) is kind of the limit. Other key things:

• I have a small room, so it should preferably be pretty small
• This is a brand new build
• Not as much of a "hardcore" gamer as I used to be, and I mostly play singleplayer games, so please take this into consideration
• This PC is primarily for gaming, but I will also use it for general purposes (watching movies, etc.)
• I don't want any flashy colors
• Wifi connection is preferred
• Decently priced 1080p or 1440p monitor; one monitor is preferred
• I have a Micro Center near me, and I live in the US
• List of games I want to play on this PC: Death Stranding, Metaphor ReFantazio, Crimson Desert perhaps, etc.
