Job offer dilemma (fintech role)

Hi all, I'm facing a major career dilemma and would love some advice from fellow sifus.

My current role:

  • Good: Fortune 500 MNC, highly flexible, WFH most of the time. Culture is quite chill and had good work life balance. Good and supportive manager and boss.
  • Downside: The company is performing poorly financially for past 3 years. Annual increments are just 2-3%, and my bonus in recent 2 years were only 1/3 of monthly salary.

The new offer:

  • Similar role as current, but in totally different industry - consumer fintech company (top BNPL provider, IYKYK).
  • Offer is around 15% increase from current pay. Recruiter is saying bonus will be ~2 months (but i think this is not guaranteed so should omit this part for now)
  • Strictly 5 days work from office, which means most of my increment amount will be spent on transport and lunch outside.

Dilemma:

Honestly this new offer is not super exciting especially knowing that I will need to spend more time, energy and money for it for that little extra money in my pocket, it's most likely a net zero move in terms of monthly salary. Also during the interview I get the vibe that it's a really fast paced job so I'm also kinda worry I can't cope well. But at the same time, I think having fintech in my resume can open doors to companies like Web3 or even banking in future?

If you work in the fintech company I would love to hear your experience there as well.
