Appetite suppressants that actually work

I am a 28 year old female in a healthy weight range so I don’t think I’ll ever get approved for a glp-1. The food noise and obsession I have to fight every single day is exhausting. I am fine with my weight and how I look at this point. I just want the food noise to end. Every single day is a battle to not binge, over eat, get euphoric about food, fantasize about food, etc. I’m so tired. Desserts are a huge trigger/temptation for me. I just want to be normal about food. Looking for an appetite suppressant that works.

Should I get an si belt or a compression sleeve for my core + lower back?

27f. Chronic piriformis pain and sciatica. I also have a problem where I am constantly clenching my pelvic floor. I need some support when I am cleaning and exercising because that is my number one trigger for pain right now. I would like to know people’s experiences with si belts vs compression sleeves. Thanks in advance!!!

Wondering if menstrual cups just aren’t possible for me

I snagged a honeypot cup at Marshall’s on sale for only $4 so I thought why not. Never liked tampons but I heard a cup could be more comfortable. My period is coming soon so today I thought I would practice inserting it. The insertion was a little uncomfortable but once it was inside I experienced intense pressure that was pushing on my bladder and even a little cramping. It felt like I had a rock jnside of me. I didn’t push that far up. Most of the stem was still sticking out. I know you’re supposed to push it up more but if it did that, I would be in even more pain. I have a chronically tight and overactive pelvic floor. I am wondering if using a cup will never even be possible for me? I am getting tired of using pads. Does anyone else have a similar experience or have any advice?

Psoas is extremely tight 24/7

27 f

My left psoas has always been bad but now it’s been very bad for the past two-ish months. It’s so bad in the morning I cannot bend over to even pick something up from the floor. It feels tight like someone reached into my body and has that muscle balled up in their fists. There’s also a slight burning sensation. Sometimes the sciatic nerve is aggravated. Every morning I spend almost an hour doing stretching and strengthening exercises for the core, side glute, and pelvic floor. I will also add that my pelvic floor is very weak or tight. I don’t know which. What makes it worse from what I can tell is just sitting in general. Doesn’t matter how or where I sit, it’s going to hurt. Something that triggers it even more is sleeping. The pain I feel every morning is extreme. Sometimes I want to cry from the pain. I am starting to think maybe my stretching is making it worse. Is that possible?? I don’t think my insurance will cover PT so I am trying to do it on my own. I already do a lot of the stretching and strengthening exercises that are recommended.
