Can I reverse this temporary mediation agreement before the judge signs it?
Because of my ex’s alcohol issues, he has been getting supervised visits with our daughter since March. He was in jail from December - March because he was arrested for breaking probation, our daughter was at his house at the time. He also served time for a DUI with her in the car.
He has been very hostile about 50/50. At mediation this week, he came in yelling at me and the mediator had to tell him multiple times to lower his voice. I felt pressured to sign a temporary agreement that he would get x amount of overnights once he establishes his portable breathalyzer where I get the results.
First question- I am feeling sick about the agreement. I verbally said I felt pressured and didn’t want to sign, but ultimately did. His black eye evil states during the mediation and his hostility pressured me to sign.
He also go the portable breathalyzer set up, it gave me restricted access where I don’t have a say on the times he blows into it and cannot set them up at random. Will this hold up in court?
I feel at a complete loss right now
