Help addressing back imbalance

Hi all!

Basically title. I took a video of myself because I noticed my rows and back movements are slightly less stimulating on one side vs the other. I hope I was able to notice, but I can’t tell if it’s a scapular, lower trap, something else, or combination of issues!

I took some SS’s so if anyone can pinpoint or identify for me… along with exercises to do. That would be much appreciated!

My fear is both injury and ‘hunchback of notre dame’ levels, though that is greatly exaggerated. Anywho, let me know, anything appreciated!

I cropped for an easier visual. Pls don’t ban I am not nude! 🙏

Edit: if there is a better place to post this, let me know as well! Thanks

Increased efficacy of fin/dut: with or without meal?

Hi all,

With my title, I'm curious if there is any relevant information relating to, or even someone's experience(s), taking the dosages currently, on an empty stomach vs. with a meal.

I've recently been getting my head around understanding absorption of vitamins and supplements. Commonly, it is recommended to take medications and specific supps (ex. omega-3 fish oil, zinc/minerals) with meals to avoid nausea, because, generally speaking, the macros provided from said meal (fats and whatnot) aid in this process of less nausea + easier absorption.

What I'm getting at is: applying that same idea to dutasteride, would it be wise to take with a meal rather than just first thing in the morning w/ water? Or perhaps as long as I eat something that day/soon after, the efficacy is unaffected? How many times will I say absorption? Anything appreciated, thx.

Regrowth with blockers: 'current' hair changes?

Hi all,

With my title, my main question is about how the DHT blockers will improve the hair on my head. I know regrowth, my understanding being completely new or 'shut' (if that's appropriate) hair follicles growing, is usually minimal. BUT for the hairs still on my head, those will turn and become 'de-miniaturized'? As for this 'de-minning', what would the limit be on that, if any?

Basically, can I expect ALL miniaturized hairs on my head to become like the unaffected hairs that are still 'normal'? Is there a timeline or possible experiences y'all could enlighten me with? Hopefully this makes sense... anything appreciated, thx
