I ordered from Nykaa Now and after 2 hours late delivery, the delivery partner calls me and says it will take him half an hour more. Then hangs up without waiting for an answer. Then these fucktards send me a notification “Your order has been delivered.”

“Handed to the resident” I think the fuck not. I swear their customer support is steaming pile of shit. What do I do get a human on line? Same with Shadowfax, literally says I have no active orders. Like y’all just delivered then let me see the fucking history atleast
