Patches like tinea/ringworms.Nonstop spreading.

This is my step-daughter's skin situation.

Skin type: dry

Age/gender: 10 years old/Female

Current skincare (body) : Sulfur soap (Dr. Wong's)

A.M/PM : After bath , I am putting Calamine or Calmoseptine (cream)

Main concern:

Hi everyone,

This is my stepdaughter’s skin situation right now. She doesn’t live with us - she stays with her mother’s family and is only here for vacation.

It started about 2 months ago. When she first arrived, she had 2-3 patches on her arms and thighs. We treated it with OTC cream, and after a few days it cleared up.

However, when she went home and visited us again, it came back much worse. This time it’s spread to her stomach, back, arms, shoulders, thighs, legs - basically everywhere. We’ve been treating it with OTC cream, but it keeps spreading.

I asked her if her cousins (Mother's side) have the same thing, and she said yes.
