I used a scalp massager and woke up to this

Last night I use a scalp massager for the first time in the shower and this morning I woke to a ton of flakes. It doesn't itch or hurt. I have a sensitive scalp, if I put my hair in a pony tail my scalp will be tender the rest of the day.

I wash my hair every 4 days or so (curly hair) and I don't use anything on my scalp for styling.

Is it dry scalp or I suddenly have dandruff?

Feeling terrible switching from 20 to 30mg

My dr wants to see if raising my dose from 20mg to 30mg will help my recurring panic attacks. I took my first 30mg dose today and I feel terrible. I'm not sure if it's really prozac or just anxiety.

I've tried 30mg a few times in the past for like a week and didn't like how i felt compared to 20mg. I feel floaty, anxious and like I'm in depersonalisation/dissociating.

Does it get better? Is it the dose or just my anxiety and apprehension? How am I supposed to work and be functional while feeling like that?
