I'm going to be staying at a house in Wisconsin for the 4th of July. It's on the land a mile south of the sheboygan pier and is mostly a sandy beach with no rocks or structure. What does surf fishing from the beach look like? What can I catch and what techniques are best? I'm thinking of mostly throwing spinners.
I recently bought MacGregor Macspd irons. They look and feel great but my 5-9 iron all go between 115 and 140 yards. I can't hit the 5 iron over 145.
They have the kbs regular shafts and I used to hit taylormade rocketbladez with stiff shafts where I could hit my 5 iron 165 and my 7 iron went 145.
Are the shafts the reasom for my compressed distances or did I get duped by the marketing into buying cheap DTC clubs? At the range I feel like im striking it pretty good.
