Brick separating from side of home

Recent FTHB here - looking for general insight / concern level on this part of our home where the brick is coming loose from underneath our window. It gives a little wiggle if you push on it. It’s towards the top of our priority list to get looked at - would a brick masonry be the best person to contact? Any other general feedback appreciated for someone very new to this.

French Door Fridge with 30inch or smaller depth

My wife and I just bought our first home and unfortunately we don’t have as much fridge depth to work with as we initially thought. We need something that has a depth of 30 or less inches excluding handles, but have a 38inch wide gap that we want to fill out a majority of.

We were pretty set on the Whirlpool WRFF3336SZ before we realized the depth was so small.

I’m now looking at the Whirlpool Wrfc5036RZ, but paying an extra $400 for less fridge is bugging me

Does anybody have this or recommendations based on this criteria? Samsung seems to have the most options but we are avoiding them. TY!

First time home buyers - 15 year fixed, no points, does anything stand out?

Have been going through other examples to try and compare but would appreciate some insights!
