i just started at chili’s about 2 weeks ago and set up my pay card in brinker as well as my direct deposit.

i set up my direct deposit for my regular bank, and set up my pay card as tips only (i clicked that option).

i worked my first shift and have not gotten my money on the card. i asked my managers and they said i didn’t get any charge tips then when i had them look again they saw that i did.

do i need to change my direct deposit to my US bank account? everything else is set up on my end and i haven’t really gotten any help from my store
