A lot of students are losing their backup college options because counseling and admissions for other colleges are already moving forward. People are stuck waiting without knowing whether they should pay fees elsewhere, take admission, or keep hoping for NIFT.

The mental pressure is getting worse every single day. Families keep asking questions, students are overthinking nonstop:

“What if I actually got in?”

“What if I don’t?”

“What if I lose both NIFT and my backup option?”

This uncertainty is exhausting. Many of us worked for months and now we’re just stuck refreshing websites and waiting with no proper communication.

Please, everyone who is affected — call NTA helplines, send emails, raise this issue on social media, and make noise respectfully. If enough students speak up together, maybe they’ll finally give an official update or release the results faster.

Students deserve clarity. Keeping thousands of students waiting like this is unfair.

And for those who says chill!!it takes a month. Wait!!! We are not on the same boat. I have family pressure deadline to pay fee for backup option. And family pressure to join other colleges.

Some of us took a drop year for this.

Some of us already missed other college deadlines waiting for NIFT.

Every day our parents ask for updates and we have nothing to say except not released yet

The exam got over weeks ago but the stress somehow didn’t.

Just one official date would help thousands of students sleep peacefully again.

The problem is many of us have deadlines for other institutes coming up very soon. We genuinely cannot keep waiting forever without any update because we could lose other admission opportunities while waiting for NIFT results.

At this point, we don’t even need the exact result immediately at least give students a proper expected date or official update. The uncertainty is honestly stressful for everyone.

If more students contact them politely through calls/emails maybe they’ll realize how urgently this affects us. Anyone else facing the same issue?

A lot of us have deadlines for other colleges coming up soon, and if we keep waiting for NIFT results, we might lose those opportunities completely.

Can we all collectively mail/call NTA or NIFT and politely ask them to either release the results soon or at least give us an expected date? If more students speak up respectfully, maybe they’ll understand how important this is for us.

Please be polite if you contact them we just need clarity because our admissions and future plans are getting affected.
